A great question I was recently asked was “Why should I use Pinnacle Printing & Design?” It’s a pretty simple question but it’s one I never had put to me so directly. It really made me think about the value we offer at Pinnacle Printing & Design and why it is that we have such good relationships with our clients. There are all the standard answers about quality and professionalism but there are many companies around that will do a compedent job. There is more to the answer of what makes us stand out than that. We actually think of ourselves as a customer service organization, which just happens to be a commercial printer. This attitude along with the experience and excellence of our pressmen, designers and customer service staff is at the core of the answer.

For example, we are a big enough company that’s capable and experienced enough to do a first rate job on any project we undertake, yet still remain small enough that we all are able to build personal relationships with our customers. It’s this personal service that is vital to delivering the best customer experience possible. It’s all about viewing each job as not just another task to perform but having the perspective that it is helping someone’s business grow and prosper. Knowing that something as simple as a business card has an impact on the impression a business makes is a great motivation to do an excellent job and it’s an attitude our customers really respond to.

It’s also about having a great staff. Having people around you that have been working in the printing industry for decades is a great situation to be in. As a graphic designer with over a decade in the industry, I still have not come across every possible printing situation. Knowing that when I am planning a project there are people here who can offer solutions to the challenges that come up when designing a printed piece is priceless and it’s something that translates into a real value for our clients.

This can help prevent distaterous printing decisions that lead to costly reprints.
