A great question I was recently asked was “Why should I use Pinnacle Printing & Design?” It’s a pretty simple question but it’s one I never had put to me so directly. It really made me think about the value we offer at Pinnacle Printing & Design and why it is that we have such good relationships with our clients. There are all the standard answers about quality and professionalism but there are many companies around that will do a compedent job. There is more to the answer of what makes us stand out than that. We actually think of ourselves as a customer service organization, which just happens to be a commercial printer. This attitude along with the experience and excellence of our pressmen, designers and customer service staff is at the core of the answer.
For example, we are a big enough company that’s capable and experienced enough to do a first rate job on any project we undertake, yet still remain small enough that we all are able to build personal relationships with our customers. It’s this personal service that is vital to delivering the best customer experience possible.
